Power$ync®: Intelligent Control No matter how efficient a machine is designed to be--and Quincy®'s Rotary Screw Compressors are designed to be the most efficient available--it can't achieve maximum efficiency without optimum operation. Ideally, an operator would be on duty around the clock, monitoring the compressor and making necessary adjustments to system demands so the compressor maintains peak efficiency. That kind of full-time intelligent control is what the Power$ync control system provides.  Power$ync monitors changes in pressure along with the rate of change. If Power$ync senses a very slow or very rapid change in pressure, it automatically recalculates all lift valve pressure deadbands and their response to rates of system pressure change, assuring you of the most compressed air for the least power input while maintaining desired system pressure. What's more, Power$ync is not just a stand-alone system. Power$ync compressors can be connected to form an intelligent network that shares information about compressor capacities and operating settings. The network then operates individual compressors at specific levels to provide the highest level of overall compressed air for the lowest power input. That's intelligent control. That's Power$ync.
