Available in 5-30 hp models, QRDS compressors provide pressure capability up to 100 psig. With compressor operating speeds in the 855-1020 rpm range, the QRDS runs slower and cooler than competing single-stage oil-less compressors. That gives you higher compression efficiency, lower maintenance costs and longer service life.
The QRDS compressor is capable of maintenance-free operation for up to three years. Check out the maintenance schedule for details. QRDS Maintenance Schedule
- The QRDS compressor is designed for maintenance-free operation for three years or 10,000 hours of operation (whichever passes first), when it is operated at 100 psig.
- This maintenance schedule applies to the compression and rider rings, low-pressure and high pressure wrist pins, connecting rod and main shaft sealed bearings, and the valve assemblies

QRDT: Setting the Oil-less Standard |
| The QRDT is a two-stage, air-cooled compressor with pressure capability up to 150 psig. With an air-cooled intercooler as standard equipment and operating speeds in the 780-1020 rpm range, the QRDT runs cooler and slower than competing single-stage oil-less compressors. That gives you higher compression efficiency, lower maintenance costs and longer service life. That's why hospitals, pharmaceutical and food processing companies, laboratories, and dental offices all rely on Quincy for clean, oil-less air.
