If your operation has no time for downtime, consider Quincy's QT series of reciprocating compressors.A basic pump in rugged cast-iron construction, the QT is available in 3 to 30 horsepower models for industrial, automotive, and commercial applications requiring up to 175 psig. This compressor comes mounted on  200 psig-rated ASME-coded horizontal or vertical air receivers, or simply base mount. Duplex units are also available.  The QT is built to last, and it is completely rebuildable. You can realize a return from your QT investment for many years to come.  And you can plan on operating without air compressor failure.
