	Goods will remain the property of Compresseurs Québec until final payment.

Transport:

	Delivery is FOB St. Laurent, Quebec.
	Freight is prepaid and charged, unless otherwise indicated.

Return of Goods:

	Goods will only be accepted with an authorization number.
	Return transportation at customer's cost.
	A 25% restocking fee will be charged to restock the goods.
